Ingredients
- 12 cup pancake mix
- 14 cup water
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 lemon, juice of
- 14 cup ricotta cheese
Method
- Whisk together all ingredients (do try to be precise with the water; these pancakes very easily end up too watery or too dry).
- Drop evenly onto an 8" skillet at medium heat.
- Flip when bubbles appear, then cook to golden brown.
