Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (2 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. herb stuffing

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except stuffing; toss gently.
  • Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Bake a 375° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with stuffing.
  • Bake additional 15 minutes.
