Ingredients
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. herb stuffing
Method
- Combine all ingredients except stuffing; toss gently.
- Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake a 375° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with stuffing.
- Bake additional 15 minutes.
