Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. White Lily flour (plain)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 to 6 Tbsp. ice cold water
Method
- Mix flour and salt together in bowl.
- Cut in shortening with fork until mixture looks like corn meal.
- Add water a little at a time.
- Let set a few minutes.
- Knead on floured surface and shape into pie shell.
