Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 7 dashes Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
  • 1/2 bags Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cups Stir Fry Sauce
  • 18 cups Szechuan Sauce

Method

  • Cook rice to directions on the package.
  • Cook chicken in a large skillet; add garlic and ginger.
  • When chicken is about halfway done, add soy sauce to the skillet (I used probably about 5-7 shakes).
  • When chicken is completely cooked, add broccoli florets, stir fry sauce, and Szechuan sauce to the skillet.
  • Cook broccoli until desired tenderness.
  • Serve on rice.
