Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. fresh apples, coarsely grated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix sugar and eggs.
- Beat well.
- Add oil.
- Sift dry ingredients; add to first mixture.
- Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/4 hours.
- Do not underbake or cake will fall.
