Ingredients
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- dash of curry
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 13 oz. grated tuna
- 4 tsp. mustard
- dash or 2 of pepper
Method
- Boil eggs, then cut eggs in half.
- Remove egg yolks, and mash egg yolks in a bowl.
- Add mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mayonnaise; mix well.
- Stir in tuna and curry.
- Stuff in halved egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
