Ingredients
- 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix cucumbers, salt and onion in a bowl; soak for 2 hours. Drain and add remaining ingredients.
- Store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Put pickles in containers; put in freezer.
