Ingredients
- 2 cups Half-and-half
- 1-1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Diced Strawberries
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight White Chocolate Finely Chopped (I Used Green & Black's)
Method
- In a large bowl, add half-and-half, milk, sugar and vanilla and whisk together. Add strawberries and white chocolate, stir. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions to churn ice cream. When ice cream has set up, pour into a container, cover and freeze until ready to serve.
