Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 English muffins, split in half
- melted butter or margarine
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
- Place muffins on rimmed cookie sheet.
- Slowly pour mixture over muffins, turning to coat both sides completely.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Flash freeze and then place muffins in a freezer bag until ready to serve.
