Ingredients
- 8 oz. bulk sausage
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Method
- Cook sausage over medium heat until lightly browned, pour off any grease.
- Add butter then milk, flour and onions and stir until mixture is smooth and has thickened.
- Add paprika and parsley just before serving over toast or biscuits.
- Serves 4.
