Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 3/4 to 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 sm. can tomato paste
  • 1 sm. can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans of 10 each Pillsbury Flaky biscuits
  • Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Simmer sausage till half done.
  • Add in onion and cook till sausage is done.
  • Drain.
  • Add in sharp cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt, tomato paste, and tomato sauce.
  • Simmer 15 to 20 min.
  • Cold.
  • Separate each biscuit into 4 layers and place on cookie sheet sprayed with "Pam."
  • Add in sauce.
  • Freeze on sheet, remove and place in plastic bags and freeze.
  • When ready to serve, remove from freezer, add in mozzarella cheese to each.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
  • Makes 80 small pizzas.
