- 1 pound pork sausage
- 3/4 to 1 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 sm. can tomato paste
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- 2 cans of 10 each Pillsbury Flaky biscuits
- Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Simmer sausage till half done.
- Add in onion and cook till sausage is done.
- Drain.
- Add in sharp cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt, tomato paste, and tomato sauce.
- Simmer 15 to 20 min.
- Cold.
- Separate each biscuit into 4 layers and place on cookie sheet sprayed with "Pam."
- Add in sauce.
- Freeze on sheet, remove and place in plastic bags and freeze.
- When ready to serve, remove from freezer, add in mozzarella cheese to each.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
- Makes 80 small pizzas.
