Ingredients
- 6 to 7 medium white potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
- 1 to 2 large onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 large can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 lb. frankfurters
Method
- Saute onions in a little butter until golden.
- Set aside. Drain sauerkraut and place on bottom of baking pan.
- Spread mashed potatoes over sauerkraut.
- Arrange frankfurters on potatoes. Arrange sauteed onions over frankfurters.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
