Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix (bake as directed on box)
- 1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 2 (4 ounce) boxes vanilla instant pudding mix (prepare as directed on box)
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
- 0.5 (22 ounce) bottle caramel syrup (or butterscotch syrup)
Method
- Bake cake according to directions on back of box and let cool.
- Cut in 1-inch cubes.

- start with a layer of cake (use 1/3 of cake).
- layer 1/3 of pudding.
- layer 1/3 of strawberries.
- layer 1/3 of cool whip
- drizzle syrup back and forth over cool whip.
- Repeat layers finishing with cool whip on top decorate with swirl of syrup and some strawberries to decorate.
