Ingredients

  • 1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Mix Miracle Whip, herbs and garlic until blended; spread onto fish.
  • Top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake 17 to 19 min.
  • or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Heat broiler.
  • Broil fish, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
  • or until lightly browned.
