Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo, softened
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- pecans (for top)
Method
- Mix together the oleo, flour and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Press into cooking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool completely.
- Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread evenly over the crust.
- Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk according to package directions; spread over the second layer.
- Top with Cool Whip and pecans.
