Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • pecans (for top)

Method

  • Mix together the oleo, flour and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Press into cooking dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool completely.
  • Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread evenly over the crust.
  • Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk according to package directions; spread over the second layer.
  • Top with Cool Whip and pecans.
