Ingredients
- 1 pkg. beef stew meat
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
- carrots, potatoes, onions (as you like)
- 1 can water (rinse tomato sauce can)
Method
- Coat meat with flour.
- Put in crock-pot.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Turn crock-pot on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
- May need to double if you have hearty eaters.
