Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (I use Kraft sharp)
- 1/4 c. minced onion (1 small onion)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- crackers (your choice)
Method
- Place cheeses in a small bowl; let stand until room temperature (softened).
- Add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Blend on low speed.
- Beat on medium speed until fluffy.
- Chill at least 8 hours.
- Shape mixture into large ball. Decorate if you wish.
- Serve with
- your favorite crackers.
