Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (I use Kraft sharp)
  • 1/4 c. minced onion (1 small onion)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • crackers (your choice)

Method

  • Place cheeses in a small bowl; let stand until room temperature (softened).
  • Add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Blend on low speed.
  • Beat on medium speed until fluffy.
  • Chill at least 8 hours.
  • Shape mixture into large ball. Decorate if you wish.
