Ingredients
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can wax beans
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 2 stalks diced celery
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. canola or Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Drain all 4 cans of beans and put into large container.
- Add diced celery, sliced onion and diced pimentos.
- Pour mixture of sugar, canola or Wesson oil and vinegar.
- Refrigerate until next day.
- The longer this sits, the better it "gits!"
