Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cherry flavor gelatin
- 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Method
- In a bowl dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water.
- Stir in pineapple.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in cranberry sauce.
- Spoon into 8-inch square pan.
- Spoon sour cream in top and stir through to marble.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into squares to serve.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
