- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced into thin rings
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce with cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
- Press triangles into lightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, covering it completely.
- Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
