Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced into thin rings
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce with cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
  • Press triangles into lightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, covering it completely.
  • Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
