Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 (10.5 oz.) cans mandarin oranges in mandarin orange juice
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Reserve the juice from the mandarin oranges.
- To the juice, add water to make 2 2/3 cups liquid.
- Pour this over pudding, Jell-O and sugar in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; let cool.
- Add oranges and Cool Whip.
- Spoon mixture into a mold.
