Ingredients
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/3 c. sugar or less
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Method
- Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices and the vanilla pudding (dry). Add this mixture to whipped cream and beat 1 minute.
- Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell and chill.
- You can substitute 1 package of the imitation whipped cream for the real whipped cream (or Cool Whip).
- Put a spoonful of whipping cream on top when serving.
