Ingredients
- 2 cans Campbell's bean and bacon soup
- 2 cans Ranch Style pinto beans (1 regular and 1 with jalapeno)
- 2 cans Navy beans or Great Northern beans
- sliced smoked sausage or chunks of ham
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped or 1 Tbsp. dry garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Blend 1 can of each type of bean in blender.
- Add 1 soup can water.
- Cook in crock-pot all day or simmer on low heat 2 hours or longer.
- Stir often.
- Serve over rice.
