Ingredients

  • 2 cans Campbell's bean and bacon soup
  • 2 cans Ranch Style pinto beans (1 regular and 1 with jalapeno)
  • 2 cans Navy beans or Great Northern beans
  • sliced smoked sausage or chunks of ham
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped or 1 Tbsp. dry garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Blend 1 can of each type of bean in blender.
  • Add 1 soup can water.
  • Cook in crock-pot all day or simmer on low heat 2 hours or longer.
  • Stir often.
  • Serve over rice.
