Ingredients

  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 clove garlic chopped
  • 2 stock celery chopped
  • 4 carrots rough chopped
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 3 lb new potatos
  • 4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cindys spice rub (recipe at end)

Method

  • set up a safe place outside
  • Turn Slow Cooker on high
  • rub meat on both sides with spice rub and flour
  • brown meat on both sides in olive oil
  • add all the rest of ingredients and put lid on and cook 6 hours or longer if you like everything softer.
  • Cindys spice rub!!
  • chili powder 4 Tablespoon
  • paprika 6 Tablespoons
  • granulated garlic 2 Tablespoon
  • lemon pepper 2 Tablespoons
  • tomato, chicken bullion 2 Tablespoon
  • cumin 1 Tablespoon.
  • mix together save leftovers in jar
