Ingredients
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 clove garlic chopped
- 2 stock celery chopped
- 4 carrots rough chopped
- 1 lb green beans
- 3 lb new potatos
- 4 cup water
- 1/4 cup cindys spice rub (recipe at end)
Method
- set up a safe place outside
- Turn Slow Cooker on high
- rub meat on both sides with spice rub and flour
- brown meat on both sides in olive oil
- add all the rest of ingredients and put lid on and cook 6 hours or longer if you like everything softer.
- Cindys spice rub!!
- chili powder 4 Tablespoon
- paprika 6 Tablespoons
- granulated garlic 2 Tablespoon
- lemon pepper 2 Tablespoons
- tomato, chicken bullion 2 Tablespoon
- cumin 1 Tablespoon.
- mix together save leftovers in jar
