- 1 lb. veal (or beef), diced
- 1 lb. pork, diced
- Butter
- 2 lb. fine noodles
- 2 cans chicken soup with rice
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1/2 can pimentos
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 large can mushrooms with juice
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Method
- Fry and simmer meat in butter. Boil noodles in salt water and drain. Add soup, cheese, pimentos, green pepper, mushrooms and corn to noodles. Mix together with meat and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350° oven. This will serve 12 to 15.
- For smaller dish, use half quantity, except for meat.
