Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
Method
- Prepare ham for baking as usual.
- Put in a deep roasting pan with 5 cups of water. Put lid on pan.
- Heat oven to 500°. Put ham in oven for 15 minutes.
- Cut oven off; leave ham in oven for 2 1/2 hours.
- Turn oven to 500° again for 15 minutes.
- Turn oven off. Leave closed 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
