Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1 (4 to 5 oz.) can shrimp, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. pimentos
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Method

  • Combine first 2 ingredients with vegetables.
  • Blend next 6 ingredients; stir into seafood mixture.
  • Spoon into a large baking dish.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serves 4.
