Ingredients

  • 8 slices tenderloin (1-inch thick)
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. grated or crushed garlic
  • 4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Cut pork tenderloin into filets about an inch thick.
  • Place in large shallow dish.
  • Cover filets with the lemon pepper (top and bottom).
  • Set aside for an hour or more.
  • In heavy skillet, brown filets for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  • Remove meat from skillet, add all other ingredients and bring to simmer.
  • Return filets to sauce and cook until well done over medium heat (about 10 minutes per side).
