Ingredients
- 8 slices tenderloin (1-inch thick)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. grated or crushed garlic
- 4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Cut pork tenderloin into filets about an inch thick.
- Place in large shallow dish.
- Cover filets with the lemon pepper (top and bottom).
- Set aside for an hour or more.
- In heavy skillet, brown filets for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
- Remove meat from skillet, add all other ingredients and bring to simmer.
- Return filets to sauce and cook until well done over medium heat (about 10 minutes per side).
