Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
- 1 c. bottled salsa
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 c. chopped cucumber
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. snipped cilantro
Method
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
- Grill, bone side up, over medium heat on outdoor grill for 20 minutes.
- Combine salsa and lime juice; turn chicken and grill for 15 to 25 minutes more, brushing with 1/2 cup salsa mixture.
