Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Fry bacon until crisp and crumble it.
  • Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over the bottom of the pie plate.
  • Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
  • Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
  • Refrigerate any leftover quiche.
  • Makes 6 servings.
