Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp and crumble it.
- Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over the bottom of the pie plate.
- Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
- Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
- Refrigerate any leftover quiche.
- Makes 6 servings.
