Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Vinegar
- salt
- pepper corns
- 2 garlic cloves quartered
- 1 tsp mace
Method
- Boil mushrooms in equal parts vinegar and water for 3-5 minutes
- drain and cool
- pack in jar with oil, salt, pepper corns, garlic and mace
- turn every so often in jar in fridge
