Ingredients
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium onion, finely grated
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1 oz. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- dash of seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
Method
- Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar and Roquefort cheeses, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt. Shape into 2 balls. Roll each ball in pecans and then parsley. Chill.
