- 1 lb. can French style green beans
- 1 (17 oz.) can Shoe Peg white corn
- 1 (17 oz.) can LeSeur green peas
- 1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped and including tops
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. water
Method
- Drain and mix all vegetables.
- Set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and stir until mixture boils.
- Take off heat and let cool.
- Pour over vegetables and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
- Will keep a long time in refrigerator.
