Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can French style green beans
  • 1 (17 oz.) can Shoe Peg white corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) can LeSeur green peas
  • 1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped and including tops
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. water

Method

  • Drain and mix all vegetables.
  • Set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and stir until mixture boils.
  • Take off heat and let cool.
  • Pour over vegetables and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
  • Will keep a long time in refrigerator.
