Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Cook carrots until tender-crisp.
- Bring liquids and sugar to a boil. Mix in all other ingredients.
- Marinate overnight before serving.
- Drain.
- Keeps well in refrigerator.
