- 3 lb. boneless pork loin
- 1 c. ginger ale
- 1/2 c. honey mustard
- 1/2 Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients and add pork.
- Marinate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes per pound, basting occasionally.
- Serves 8 to 10.
