Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground pork
- 2 lb. cured ground ham
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
- 1 onion
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Make into balls, using 1/2-cup measuring cup.
- Mix catsup and brown sugar; spoon on top of each ham ball.
- (If freezing, this can be added on top when ready to bake.)
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- If frozen, bake at 350° for 1 hour.
