Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/3 c. mustard
- 1 tsp. caraway seed, divided
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Method
- Roll out pizza crust to an 11 x 10-inch rectangle.
- Combine mustard, 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed and garlic powder.
- Spread on dough. Top with turkey and cheese.
- Roll dough up from short end (jelly roll style).
- Pinch ends together to seal.
- Fold ends under.
- Brush top of dough with water and sprinkle with remaining caraway seed.
- Cut 3 small steam vents on top.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
