Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/3 c. mustard
  • 1 tsp. caraway seed, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

Method

  • Roll out pizza crust to an 11 x 10-inch rectangle.
  • Combine mustard, 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed and garlic powder.
  • Spread on dough. Top with turkey and cheese.
  • Roll dough up from short end (jelly roll style).
  • Pinch ends together to seal.
  • Fold ends under.
  • Brush top of dough with water and sprinkle with remaining caraway seed.
  • Cut 3 small steam vents on top.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
