Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
Method
- Add water to egg whites and beat until foamy.
- Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until egg whites are stiff.
- Keep beating, adding 1 teaspoon cornstarch at a time until gone.
- Put on 2 pies and bake at 400° for 5 minutes or until brown as desired.
