Ingredients
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- pimento
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. grated cheese (hold aside)
- 1 bag Ritz crackers (hold aside)
- 1 stick margarine (hold aside)
Method
- Stir altogether the peas, cream of mushroom soup, pimento, chopped onion and water chestnuts.
- Grate cheese on top after putting in a casserole dish.
- Crush Ritz crackers on top and pour 1 stick melted margarine over that.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
