Ingredients

  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • pimento
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated cheese (hold aside)
  • 1 bag Ritz crackers (hold aside)
  • 1 stick margarine (hold aside)

Method

  • Stir altogether the peas, cream of mushroom soup, pimento, chopped onion and water chestnuts.
  • Grate cheese on top after putting in a casserole dish.
  • Crush Ritz crackers on top and pour 1 stick melted margarine over that.
  • Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
