Ingredients
- 2 cans English peas, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 4 ribs celery
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can pimento, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 can mushroom soup
Method
- Saute onions, peppers and celery in margarine.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Bake in a greased casserole at 350° for 30 minutes.
- May be prepared the day before serving.
- Allow more time for heating.
- Serves 10 to 12.
