Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can small drained English peas with onions
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 small jar pimento
Method
- Combine peas, water chestnuts, onion, soup and pimento. Sprinkle

- on
- top.
- Combine
- Ritz crackers and butter; sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
