- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. fresh buttered bread crumbs (you can use frozen bread also)
Method
- Defrost potatoes and combine in large bowl with butter.
- Add rest of ingredients, except crumbs.
- Put in 3-quart casserole dish.
- Spray with Pam.
- Top with crumbs or bread.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
