Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. small flour tortillas
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
- olives (optional)
- 1/2 onion
Method
- Brown meat, onion and drain.
- Mix together with half jar enchilada sauce.
- Layer tortillas (3) in baking dish, meat mixture and pour jar of enchilada sauce over top of meat.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
- Add another layer of 3 tortillas and pour 1/2 jar enchilada sauce over tortillas.
- Sprinkle rest of grated cheese.
- Bake at 350°
- for 20 minutes to 25 minutes.
