Ingredients
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. half and half or top milk
- 1 c. flour
Method
- Add salt and milk to beaten egg; add flour until dough can be handled; knead for 1 minute.
- Roll out dough on a floured board as thin as possible.
- Cut in strips and place in soup or boiling broth.
- Cook until tender.
