Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 can water
- 1 lb. ground chuck (raw)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 strips bacon
Method
- Layer raw rice, corn, onion, green pepper, tomato sauce and water, then add ground chuck (raw), tomato sauce, water and bacon. Bake, covered, 45 minutes to 1 hour, then uncovered 15 minutes more.
- This is something like Spanish rice.
