Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. Cheddar, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small can ripe olives, sliced

Method

  • Brown meat with oregano, salt and garlic.
  • Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce; heat.
  • Dip tortillas in heated sauce. Spread 3 tortillas in greased casserole.
  • Make layers of meat mixtures, cheese, onions, olives and sauce, beginning with tortillas and ending with grated cheese and sauce.
  • Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
