- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 lb. Cheddar, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 small can ripe olives, sliced
Method
- Brown meat with oregano, salt and garlic.
- Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce; heat.
- Dip tortillas in heated sauce. Spread 3 tortillas in greased casserole.
- Make layers of meat mixtures, cheese, onions, olives and sauce, beginning with tortillas and ending with grated cheese and sauce.
- Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
