Ingredients
- 1 chile pepper Serrano
- 10 coriander leaves
- 1/3 cup water
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 eggs
Method
- Grill the chile pepper lightly and then add it to a food processor with the coriander leaves, water, and pinches of salt and pepper. Puree the mixture and set it aside.
- Add the eggs to a preheated skillet and scramble them.
- Add the sauce to the eggs and stir well.
- Cook until the liquid evaporates. Serve the eggs alone or on a corn tortilla.
