Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 large or 4 small diced green apples
- 1/4 c. walnuts, ground
- 2 ripe mashed bananas
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.
- Grind walnuts and then add bananas, honey and lemon juice.
- Combine and serve immediately.
