Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 8 to 10 link sausages, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
Method
- Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch square pan.
- Put 1/2 of cheese on bottom of pan.
- Break eggs in pan; pierce yolks with fork and swirl.
- Lay sausages over eggs.
- Pour cream over all and sprinkle with other 1/2 of cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
