Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant
- 1 stick butter
- 1 long pkg. crackers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- salt, pepper and season to taste
- extra crackers
Method
- Get oblong bowl and butter it all in the bottom and sides.
- Get a rolling pin and crumb crackers up, then spread half of them in the bottom of bowl.
- Pour half of the ingredients in the bowl and spread the other half of the crackers on top.
- Put the rest on top of the crackers, then sprinkle crumbs on top of the whole dish. Cover and cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
